29" channel balance for non tilt window

I need the pieces that go on the sides of the window.

The metal channel is 29" long

The plastic piece in image 0696 is 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" long

The plastic piece on the other end is 1/2" wide and 5/8" long

which part do I order to replace a pair of these?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Ellen. We're happy to help with this, but your bottom shoe appears to be damaged, which is an important detail. We'll need you to upload a photo of an undamaged version to identify your channel balance.

Additionally, is there a stamp printed on the back of the metal channel?

Thank you for getting back to me. I've enclosed close ups of both ends of one of the undamaged rods. As far as I can see, all the rods look like this. I know you said you thought one end had pieces broken off but I can't see where anything broke off. The imprint on the rod is 2810. These windows were installed when the building was built in 1989. Don't know if that makes a difference.I look forward to hearing from you. Ellen

Thank you for getting back to us! Based on these new photos, I recommend the S351-29 or S390-29 with the 2810 stamp option. You'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below to determine the best match.

Thank you for getting back to me. I've looked at the option you recommended, the S351. The shoe on that is 1" wide and the shoe on mine is 3/4". Will that still work?

The bottom fitting that you're measuring appears to be broken. You'll need to measure an intact shoe shown in your previous photos to confirm the correct depth measurement.
