29" window balance

Question

I need a 29" window balance for a plastic frame tilt window.  I ordered one from Swisco but what was sent was too tall and too wide.  The dimensions of what I'm replacing is:  L = 29",  width = 7/16 and height = 7/16 (see pictures attached).   Do you sell a channel balance for that would replace this?  Thank you, Rd

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash these balances support? That will help us find what you need.
