Question

My window says 2920 BSI ME. Which one should I buy to replace it? Thank you!

I'm afraid I can't say. The stamp only tells us the spring strength calibration. It has no bearing on the Series. The only way to identify the right Series is by comparing the physical details of the nylon attachments on either end. You can see our entire selection of similar balances here.
