2920 window channel balance spring and window plastic piece replacement parts

Question

Good day, I need to replace two balance springs. The metal channel is 30" long. The plastic piece at one end is 7/8" deep (not 1" or 1-3/23"). I tried to upload many more pictures but apparently reached my limit.
I also need to replace plastic pieces at the top of the window that grab the top of spring channel.

Please review the Series 378 channel balance with a 7/8" shoe depth. See the S378-30 channel balance with a 2920 stamp option.

It sounds like you are also in need of a new top sash guide. We will need to see pictures of the original to confirm the overall style. Please provide a face on view on the side of the sash or the guide removed. Thank you!
