Given the new uploaded pic is it still the 2930 S385-30 which measures 1 3/32 on the bottom hook plastic? Or is it a different channel balance which measures exactly 1 inch like the one I just uploaded? does the 3 /32 make a huge difference. Can I please get a reply at your earliest convenience

Hello,
It looks like you'll need our S377-30, which has a shoe that measures 1". Based on your stamp, you'll need the 2930 option as well. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Thank you!

Please help previous 2 pics I showed how one side goes down and the other stays up can this be the culprit a broken piece on the corners of the top side of the window or am I missing something from the bottom as well (the bottom doesn't have any plastic piece)

Hi I think that plastic piece attached to the window held by 2 screws that retains the channel balance so it doesn't stay up has broken. Do you guys sell that piece?
