29.9 0A BSI

Handy Person from Palm Coast, FL

The channel length is 29.9". This is for a single hung, non-tilt window 46" wide by 62" high. The stamped identifiers read: 29.9 OA BSI.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances look a like our S380-30 with a 1" shoe or our S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances is 30".

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

Once you've confirmed the series you need, you'll need to confirm the stamp option. The stamp is how we determine the weight range the balances should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash. However, we are unable to cross-reference your stamp, unfortunately. With that said, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. There will be a chart that lists the weight ranges each stamp option can hold to support the weight of a sash.

Hi Jasmine - Thanks for your response. I finally got a chance to weight the sash, and measure the shoe. The sash weights about 31 pounds and unfortunately, the shoe is 7/8 inch, so it looks like a custom job. See attached photo.

Can you quote for a purchase of 4 replacement balances?
Thanks,
James

Hi James,

Thanks for confirming. I've forwarded a link with a quote for the (4) requested balances. They will be assembled with a 19-005 top guide and a 15-029 Bottom Shoe.

You'll be able to use this link to review the quote and place the order for the balances from your online cart. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not find the email in your primary inbox.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
