I am looking for replacement hardware for single hung aluminum window in Florida.  Length is 30".

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the bracket that connects the spring and the string in the center of the balance. Also, I'm unable to cross-reference the stamp from your balance. That said, I will need to know the exact weight of the sash to confirm the correct stamp.

Please confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe, as well. You'll likely need to find a balance with an undamaged shoe to get an accurate measurement.
