We just received our order of pivot bars and in the box they came in was a 3" stainless steel bar, that does not show on your web site and it's really what we wanted so how do I get them in the future??

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear about this; the 26-313 that you ordered is absolutely supposed to be 2" long. Can we see a picture of one of the pivot bars you received from us? I want to confirm exactly what we sent you. Many thanks, and sorry for this inconvenience.
