3 panel sliding glass door: PPG Herculite

My 3 panel sliding glass door is a PPG Herculite K. Part No. 16CFR1201 C11. The latching system is broken. Further, while removing it a second time to take it to Home Depot for part ID, the system dropped down inside the door so I can not access it at all. (ok with me). I need a new one, please. I still have the brushed nickel handles, in good condition. I need all else replaced, except the handles. It didn't lock via key. Can you tell me what part numbers I need to order? 2 photos are attached.
