3 track storm screen on 1985 house

Question

looking for the top pivot corner key for the sliding storm window. Also the latches and springs - latch is 5/16 wide - looks like the 91-175 matches the dimensions I have. What spring would go with that?

The 91-175 latch pair is commonly used with the 91-003 spring. Unfortunately, the corner key was discontinued but we suspect that the 95-140 corner key that measures 3/16" by 3/16" would be your best option, though we can't make any guarantees that it will work.
