30" 30B channel balancer

Hello there,
I have a question if I can have answers right . I am trying ti figure it out what type exactly have. Ans I need so bad to replace. There are just numbers and I measured the balance which is exactly 30" long. See the picture below please..

I'm afraid that your balance is a bit too damaged to identify. In order to help, I will need to see an undamaged version of this balance out of the window. I then need to see a clear picture of the bottom end, top end, and the shoe or clip at the end of the cord.
