I am trying to find the proper channel balance to purchase for my non tilt windows. Attached are the images and of the measurements of the top and the shoe. The metal channel is 31" x 9/16" the manufacturing stamp is 30 ds BSI MC 32. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. Based on your photos, I believe you have an S390-31 channel balance. Based on your stamp, I think you should go with our 3060 option for sashes weighing 32 through 35 pounds. Please review this information and let me know what you think.
