I believe you have either our S385-34 or S380-34, depending on the size of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure your bottom shoe and refer to the dimensions we show on our site to confirm the best match.

Stamps ending in "9" like yours are outdated, so you will need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best new stamp option.
