30 TG B.S.I channel balancer

Question

we are trying to find this balancer we cant seem to find the correct end that will go into the shoe. Maybe they dont make this kind of end anymore that goes into the shoe maybe you can help with something that we can replace to replace the balancers.

Hello,

It looks like your balance uses the 15-044 attachment commonly used with the 15-216 pivot shoe, which we can add to the S770 channel balances through a custom order. To get started, we'll need to know the exact weight of the sash your balances support. We'll also need to confirm the exact length of your metal channel, as well as determine if the top of your balance installs with a screw.
