I have determined that I need a series 380 window balance. My current one is on a Harcar window. It has stamped on it "29C", followed by the letter "Z". I am assuming that it would correspond to a 2930 option. Would this be correct? The sash weighs approximately 19 pounds.

Yes! A 29C stamp corresponds to our 2930. the weight range for the 2930 (16 to 23 lbs) also comfortably encompasses your sash weight of 19 pounds.
