Balance channel is 30 inches. !/2" by 1/2" with hook on one end. Sash cam measures

This appears to be an S795-30 with a 1" 15-194 T-Lock Shoe. Is there a stamp code on the metal channel? Also, can we see the hole in the window track that the hook connects to?

There is a square hole at the top of the frame where the ballast hooks onto. I have attached a picture. The number 30E is stamped on the metal it also has a "198TV" stamped sideways.

Do I buy from you or can you tell me where to purchase?

Thanks for getting back to me. You can use our 26-200 Screw Plug to insert into that square hole. You can then install our S795-30, with a stamp option of 30E. You'll need to buy our 15-194 shoe, sold separately, and swap it out with the shoe that comes installed by default to this balance (our 15-195). The video below shows how to do this. All of these parts can be ordered right through our online store. Let me know if you have further questions.
