30" channel balance

First of all let me say that you have one of the most helpful websites that I've encountered in the entire field of home repair. Thanks for that.

I need to replace the channel balance on a 33" wide sash window. The only markings on the balance are in the attached photo: 29 3 LS CALDWELL. There are no other stamps or markings on the balance.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 2930 spring strength option for your replacement balances.
