Hello there. I'm confident we can replace this, but that stamp only tells us the spring weight. Can you show me a clear picture of the bottom nylon fitting as well? From there I should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Many thanks.

A quick learner says:
Thank you for quick reply, attached additional pics

Thanks for writing back. This looks like either a 15-005 shoe or 15-029 shoe to me. The difference is in the depth, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement perpendicular to and just below where metal channel ends. For the 15-005, this measurement is 1". This is the shoe that comes by default attached to our Series 380 Channel Balance, so if that's the shoe you have, that is the balance Series you need. The 15-029 though has a depth of 7/8". If that's what you have, none of our stock items use this shoe, but we'd be happy to build it for you via custom order. Let me know and we'll go from there.

A quick learner says:
Will this additional pictures help identified the exact bottom shoe?

I'm afraid it's a bit tough to read measuring tape from a picture. The illustration below might help. It shows the depth of the Series 380 (1") as well as the similar Series 385 (1-3/32"). I didn't think you had the Series 385, but again, pictures can be deceiving for details this tiny, so it's best to measure out as the below image shows to confirm. Do your best, and let me know what you find.
