30" channel balance

Question

No markings found on part. 52" wide single pane non-tilt window. Channel width is 5/8". Length is 30".

I need both sides. Just note there is a wheel at the bottom and this looks like a block and tackle type balance.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You mentioned that there is a wheel at the bottom. The wheel at the base of the channel is standard but if there is a wheel inside the bottom shoe, that could indicate that the balances would need to be custom ordered. I don't believe that is the case based on your photos but feel free to get back to us with another photo of the front of the bottom shoe with the pulley hook moved out of the way to confirm.
