Can you measure the length of the bottom shoe, near the pulley wheels? It appears you either have an S380 or S385 balance. The difference between the two series balances lies in the shoe length.

The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated. If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.

Thanks for getting back to us. If your bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1" (the 15-005, as Michael showed above), then see our S380-30 Channel Balance. You'll need to pick a stamp option. I can't be entirely certain without seeing a clear photo of your old balance's stamp, but if it read 29D this might conform to our stamp option of 2940. This is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 28 lbs. Let us know if you have any other questions.
