30-inch Window balance

Question

Can you please help me identify the right window balance to order?  Please see attached photos.  The length is 30-inches length and 5/8 inches wide but unfortunately when I was removing it, the parts fell out due to the poor condition. Weight of the window is approximately 30 pounds.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

I would recommend getting the exact weight of the window sash to ensure the spring will support the window correctly. For a 30 pound sash, you can use a 2950 stamp option that can support a 28 to 32 lb sash.
