Balance came from a milgard non tilting window, 39" long. 9/16" wide.
Has markings "29-3 hn5 cmc"
Came out of a tucany model I believe.

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need to see photos of the bottom fitting. We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
