Hey, Peter. Looks like your balance will have to be a special order. Specifically, it looks like you have a 19-041 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting. Does that look right to you? If so, can you tell me what the stamp on the metal channel reads? Can you also tell me how many you need? Once I know that, we'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.

The lock looks like our 90-005.

Thanks! I'll go ahead and email that order link and price quote to you now. This will allow you to add the custom balance to your cart as if it were a stock product, allowing you to continue shopping for anything else as normal.

The side clip you show looks like a top sash guide; specifically, it looks like our 18-042.
