Hi Adalberto. These white tips are from an older rating system and the colors are hard to rely on. Because of that, weighing your sash as you did was the right move, because then we know what weight you need your balances to support. That said, there is no tip option to support more than 34 lbs for the S900-30. Can you confirm for me that A) your balance's outer tube, not including or beyond the colored tip, is 30"? Can you also confirm for me the diameter of this tube? Is it 3/8" or 5/8"? We'll go from there. Many thanks.
