30-year old window

Question

I need right and left spiral balances, and shoes. 32" long x 5/8. Channel size is 1-1/4" x 1/2", opening is about 1".

This is a very old window, aluminum, double-hung tilt.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to help but we'd like you to remove an undamaged spiral balance and show us some photos of the extended inner spiral tip. We will also need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window along with the written-out thickness and width.
