hello swisco from paris france
what is the exact spacing of the 2 wheels of ref 23-222C ? I recently bought ref 23-222B but the wheel spacing is too wide for my top rail ...

Hello,

The wheels attached to the 23-222C roller guide measure 15/16" apart but they can contract to 3/4" so that they can adjust to the top door track opening. If needed, you are welcome to review our return policy here. Thanks for posting.

thanks for your return but can you explain to me how you adjust the wheel ? is it by compression or something else ? and can you confirm the measure 15/16" or 1" 15/16", I am completly lost with american measure ... in fact I need 3.8 centimeters max if this can help

My apologies, I should have given you the dimensions in metric and the outside dimensions of the rollers, I gave you center to center. So let me start again, first the wheels do compress. The wheels in the rest position are 3.97 centimeters and they can compress down to 3.65 centimeters. You track width should be around 3.8.
