3030 balancer

A contractor from Atlantic City , NJ says:

I ordered around 20 balancers from you a few years back. The length on this one is perfect but the tension was never correct. It is hard to lift and clothes equally.

I need two replacements with the proper number. The 3030 is too stiff. I also need 10 of the plastic corresponding parts shown in the picture that attaches to the sash itself.

Thanks for your expertise on this,

Regards,

Barry

Hey, Barry. We should be able to help you out, but I don't see any past orders associated with your email address, so I'm not sure what Series balance it is. Based on the stamp I can at least presume that it's 31" long. What I recommend you do is weigh your sash on a scale to get the precise weight. We have a chart listed on all 31" balance store pages that tells you exactly how much weight each option supports. That will allow you to pick the best weight calibration without having to guess.

As for the plastic part, that's called the top sash guide. We sell a ton of these so I'm certain we have what you need, but it's a little too unclear in your provided photo. Can you take a few clear, close-up pictures of it? I would like to see it from both the front and side. Think of it like a mug shot.
