3040 balancer with these parts attached

Question

If you could direct me to the correct part for this metal window this balancer should not have a hook in the back of the block and tackle if I'm not mistaken

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your channel balance uses the 15-081 bottom attachment. This attachment is usually paired with the 19-009 top, but I cannot get a clear view with the balance still installed.

Please review. If these are the attachments you have, the configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you. This balance has a hook at the bottom of the metal channel.
