Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. I'm afraid we can't ID your balance from these photos. Can you show us clear and up-close shots of the top and bottom fittings in undamaged condition? Can you also weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight?

Thank you! We'll just need to see photos of the top and bottom fittings. Those details will allow us to ID the balance.

Thank you kindly! Since the top fitting is winged and the bottom fitting lacks wings, see the S395-31 channel balance. You can select the 3060 stamp option for your replacements. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 32 to 35 pounds. Take a look at the specifications and let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, we do! This is different from the other channel balance in your photos. What you have here is what we call an extended travel channel balance which features a pulley wheel built into the bottom shoe itself. The metal channel should also measure 26-7/8" long. You'll want to measure yours to confirm before you place your order. Note that we can't promise our replacements will work for you if the metal channel length differs.
With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website.
As for the cracked plastic piece, can you show us an undamaged version of this part removed from the window? It sounds like you may be referring to the top sash guide but we will need to see it to narrow down your replacement options.

I don't have a non broken one to take a picture of

Thanks for confirming!
Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that window's top sash guide as a reference. If not, can you try and piece the broken top sash guide together as best as you can and show us a photo of the front and side? The more damaged it is, the less likely we are to identify it, unfortunately.

I see the order was indeed canceled. I'll email over a new quote right now.
