So I need two sets of sash mechanisms, they look to be 31 inches long without the stop so I figured 32 inches, I think their fault code windows but not sure, they were no help, please email me back so we can fix these as we are trying to sell the house

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Looking at your photos, I'm very confident that you want our S751-31 channel balance. Based on your stamp of 30HD, the metal channel should be 31" long. You don't count the shoe when you measure.
