Hi...My back slider locking mechanism is broken and when I tried to fix it, it feel into the actual door! Do you sell those replacement parts?

Hello,
We can't be positive without seeing the original part but this is a somewhat common situation with the 82-218 mortise lock, which can easily fall inside the door if you don't have a firm grip on it with pliers during removal and installation. Take a look and compare the dimensions to your door's specifications.
