31402 Casement Hardware

I have a customer that needs some hardware for a casement window. Can't seem to find it. The number on the hardware is 31402. Any help would be great.

We may be able to help, but I cannot identify what you need based on this photo. In order to help, I need a clear picture of the operator itself out of the window and visible without obstruction. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Sure, that would be the tie bar guide. This exact design isn't made anymore but you can use something like our 39-448 or 39-417 as an alternative. These have a very simple function so the differences in design between yours and ours won't really matter.
