31"Series 385 Channel Balance

I am confident we can help, though if both sets of balances in fact came from windows that weigh exactly 44 pounds, we will have to furbish balances for you with the spring strength to handle that weight via custom order. We can do that without issue, but I need to confirm you absolutely are dealing with Series 385 balances. Is the shoe depth, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, 1-3/32"? Please send a picture of the top nylon fitting as well. I'll get this moving from there.
