32-012 didn't replace my Merillat socket

Hi. Found this old post and I received the 32-012 socket from you, thanks. Problem is drawer will not close fully, several inches to go. is there a different socket that will fit? I measured the drawer at 22"

I'm sorry to hear the 32-012 didn't work. We do have the 32-119, which will also replace the old Merillat socket, but to be quite honest the 32-012 should have worked, too. I've been recommending it for years without hearing this issue. I worry that if you buy the 32-119, you'll run into the same problem. Is the track plugged fully into the socket? Could there be something obstructing its operation?
