32-030 in metal?

is there an option to buy the 32-030 in metal or something else that will not easily break?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not make a metal version of the 32-030. Most companies do not make drawer guides in anything other than plastic in an effort to save on costs. I don't think you'll find any company who has a stronger version of this part. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
