32-101 Hinge

A home owner from USA says:

I've looked at what people have written about a similar hinge I am looking for. I made the mistake of throwing away most of the original hinges before realizing the ones I purchased didn't fit. My hinge also has that US Patent No 339 420 with a Japan marking. The measurements of the 32-101 seem to match except for the length of the flat piece. What I need is the length of it along with the length from where the hinge meets the flat piece to the center of the left or right hole. It is that part of the hinge that seems to be longer than any I have seen. I've attached pictures with measurements. I'm hoping I was able to explain my situation without confusing you. Thanks for your help.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
You have the original 32-101 hinge, made in Japan. This part is now made in China, and the producer in China has shortened the flat tongue on the hinge that is screwed to the back of the cabinet door. Where you show 1-3/4", it is 1-1/2", and the 3/4" distance of the screw holes is 1/2". When cabinet people install these new-style hinges, they pre-drill new holes so as not to fall into the old holes.
