Thanks for posting! We are happy to determine if there are replacement balances we can provide to you however, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance, removed from the window.

The stamp only indicates the weight range that your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash. However, we are not able to use it to identify the type of channel balance need for your windows. Also, this isn't a stamp we typically see on a standard balance.

To start I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments as well as any hooks that may be attached. I will also need to know the exact weight of the sash. The stamp you have is unusual and at times can be hard to cross-reference.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to confirm pricing and availability for these balances.

Thanks for the photos. These will need to be a custom/special order balance given that these are made with a wheel in the shoe and a staple-like fixture on that attaches the shoe to the balance.

Thanks for the photos. Are these balances different from the balances I forwarded the link for previously? If so, I'll need to know the stamp from the metal channel of these balances to provide you with an order link.
