Do you have a version of 32-146 now with pegs that protrude on the back side of the mount? It not, any idea where I might locate same?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a drawer guide with pegs. All of the drawer guides we sell install using screws. I'm not sure the style you're looking for is made anymore.
