Can you please help me identify this part? The numbers read 32 3. I need 4 of them. Can you send me the pricing and delivery options? I'm a Realtor and selling this home and needing these fixed prior to closing.

It appears the channel balance is missing the bottom attachment. Is there a similar balance in the window or identical window that can be viewed? Please also confirm the length of the metal channel. Thank you!
