32 4 IU CMC 7, footer & header w/ wings. Metal is 33" long, 1/2" thick,

A quick learner from AZ says:
Milgard metal Windows from 2002. Do you need the weight?

The bottom shoe from 'fang tips' to peak of bump is about an inch. Is this the right way to measure what is described as 'deep' on the product pages?
Thanks for the help.

Hello! The depth you want to measure is from the bottom of the "wings" to the peak of the bump. One way to visualize it is to stand the balance straight up, like how it looks while installed. Then pretend the bottom shoe is, indeed, a literal shoe. You want to measure it from "heel" to "toe." That will tell you the proper depth.

If the depth is 1", then you want our S380-33. If it's 1-3/32", or even a little less, then our S385-33 will be better. Either way, you also want the 3240 strength option.
