32 4 JD Caldwell Window Channel Balance

Hello. I'm having trouble finding the channel balance I need. The metal portion of the balance measures 33". I have uploaded some pictures of the ends. Can you please help me select the right balance? Thank you!

You have a Series 380 or Series 385 balance, specifically S380-33 or S385-33. Measure that bottom shoe attachment from heel to toe, like the photo below, and choose the balance that matches. The way to figure it out is that Series 380 uses a smaller 1" shoe. The Series 385 uses a slightly bigger shoe, 1-3/32". See which is closest. When in doubt, remember that your shoe may have worn down slightly over time. "32 4" is an old code, replaced by "3240."
