32 4 channel balance

Question

33 in channel. 1/2 in width. Stamped 32 4 LV CMC 0. Milgard non-tilt window. The hook broke off. Need 4 balances.

Bottom looks like a 15-004 based on size.

If your bottom shoe matches the 1-3/32" depth of the 15-004 shown below, then the S385-33 channel balance with a 3240 strength option would be the correct replacement. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
