Hey there. We may be able to help replace this balance, but that stamp is not an identifier. It just tells us its strength. See below. If you can get us more info we'll do our best to help.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like an S795-33 Channel Balance, with the 15-195B 1-1/4" Open Cam T-Lock Shoe sold separately. It's easy enough to swap this shoe out with the one that comes attached by default to these balances (the 15-195 closed cam shoe). See the video below.

Before proceeding, you'll need to weigh the window sash these balances support to determine the correct stamp option replacement to go with. Also, please show me how the balance attaches to the top of the window track. If it's a screw clip you'll be safe to proceed--but if it uses a hook instead, that is a not a stock item and we can instead provide it via custom order. With more information we'll know for sure.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, this looks like the standard screw clip on top, so you're good ordering the S795-33. For a stamp option (which reflects the strength of the balance), weigh the window sash the balance supports. You can use that exact weight to choose the correct stamp option listed. Again, the 15-195B shoe is sold separately.

It also seems you need a balance stop to connect the screw clip to. For this, see the 26-053A.
