looking to replace these for a number of windows. Window is 36"tall and unit actuall measures at about 19/32 wide but window channel is 20/32 wide. Window weighs 24 pounds.

Thanks for posting. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on either end of the balance, is 33" long. If so, this looks like either a S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Now, it's worth clarifying something regarding the stamp option you'll need to choose. Your stamp code of 32-C conforms to our stamp option of 3230, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 18 through 23 lbs. You say your window sash weighs 24 lbs; can you confirm this is the exact weight? If it is, have you ever had trouble keeping the windows open before the balances broke? If so, it's conceivable your original balances were calibrated too weakly for your window sash's weight, and you should opt for the 3240 stamp option instead. This is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 28 lbs. Let us know if you have any other questions.
