32" Series 860 Arrow window balances

In 2015, I bought 32" Series 860 Arrow window balances from you. I need more of the same part, but I cannot find them on your website. Would you please help me find the parts?

The old arrow balances aren't made anymore, but the good news is that you can use our S775-32 as a substitute. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
