32" Window Sash Chanel Balance

A home owner from Noblesville, IN says:
I have a window in need of a new channel balance. Turns out the builder (Beazer) hid a repair and glued the top plastic pulley housing piece and fitted a non-riveted pin to hold the spring where it hooks to the bottom of the channel. This window sash promptly broke after we moved in almost 10 years ago, and I finally discovered this "repair".

The balance is stamped with 32DBS|TT. Does this mean the replacement it is the 25 to 30lb weight range?

Thank you.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help you find a good replacement balance. We'll need a picture of your balance, including both end attachments and stamp number, to get started. Thank you!
