32" channel balance

Question

Hi. I am looking for a 32" channel balance for a Philips window. Base to the first slot is 36.25". Slot to top clip is 25". Base to top clip 62". There are no visable markings on the existing channel balance. The window appears to read pp-03, IGCG, 1053, CBA, 96. This is on the 3rd attached pic.
