32 inch channel balance

HELP! I need 4 window balances. 32 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. I think the part number is either S380 or S385 but I can't tell the difference.

Hello, I think we can help! To determine if you need a Series 380 or Series 385 balance, you'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe. The 15-005 shoe on the Series 380 balance will measure 1" from heel to tow and the 15-004 shoe on the Series 385 will measure 1-3/32" as shown below.
