32" window balance

32", 5/8" deep window balance. Plastic shoe is about 1 3/32" deep. 3140 stamped on balance. Can you help me with a replacement?

Do both the bottom and top plastic attachments have wings? If so, I would recommend our S385-32 channel balance as a replacement.
