Good Morning, I'm looking to replace the counterbalance on a couple of windows. The metal track is 33" long but I'm not sure about the correct top and bottom pieces that I need to order.

Hello there!
What you have here is an extended travel channel balance which features a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel. We can help supply replacements but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Your metal channel should also measure 32-7/8" long, not 33". Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to triple-check this to be safe.
In order for me to get this moving for you, can you show us a photo of the metal hook at the end of the pulley cord from the underside? And how many balances are you looking for?
